Venue includes seating for 110 people, restroom facilities, tables/chairs, bottom suite with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Bride/groom area for prep and dress, full kitchen/laundry. All included.
$2500 for 12 hours.
$3000 with a night stay in bottom suite.
$3500 with a night stay for family/friends in upstairs suite.

Upstairs suite sleeps 10 adults. 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 hideaway beds for extra sleepers. Full kitchen/laundry. game room, lake access w/ kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, and paddle boards.
Downstairs suite sleeps 4 adults. 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms. Full kitchen/laundry, basement workout area, game room, lake access. Rented w/ wedding venue
$450 for one night. $375 for two or more nights.
